WHAT IS PERMANENENT JEWELLERY?
A treasured memory! A small elegant seamless chain micro welded to your wrist or ankle using an easy, painless process. It does not have a clasp and therefore will "permanently" stay on (until you decide to remove it). The perfect everyday accessory.
CAN I HAVE THIS DONE WITH MY FRIENDS?
Definitely! We encourage friends to come together and share the memories. You will need to book multiple slots (20 mins per person).
WHAT IF IT BREAKS?
Unfortunately, permanent jewellery does break sometimes! We use delicate chains to prevent injuries. Should your bracelet get snagged on something, don't panic! We are here to help you. If this happens we will re-weld your permanent jewellery at no cost.
WHAT IF I WANT TO REMOVE MY BRACELET?
In the event of an emergency, event (such as an MRI), or the jewellery is no longer desired, it can simply be cut off with a good pair of scissors or wire snippers.
Our jewellery is made with high-quality 14k gold-fill and sterling silver, designed to be ocean-safe, waterproof, and perfect for everyday wear.

We offer a refund or credit voucher for the return of jewellery in original condition. Please note this excludes engraved orders & due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
