Processing Times:

We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible, and in most cases, orders will be processed and made immediately and will ship out within two (2) to seven (7) business days. Please remember that orders don't usually ship out the day they are placed. Please allow additional time for shipments to remote addresses as well as international orders.  

Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines; Faithandlovedesigns cannot guarantee that the time frames noted will be met.

Please make sure your address is correct on your order. Faithandlovedesigns is not responsible for shipping address errors provided to us. If we are notified after the package has been sent out, we will do our best to get in touch with the shipping carrier to have the package re-routed back to us. If we receive the package back, we will provide the customer with the options to re-pay the shipping charge to have it sent to the correct address or to have the item(s) refunded, original shipping charge excluded.

 
Australian Domestic Shipping:

For orders over $100, we ship free with Australia Post.

Standard flat rate shipping usually takes around 3 to 5 business days for delivery after being processed, hand-made & shipped. For shipments to remote and regional areas including, but not limited to rural addresses please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. 

It is our goal to provide you with our pieces in a timely and safe manner! However, the times above are estimates provided by Australia Post and Sendle, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by them and for items that are lost by them in transit.
